THERMO-TRANSFER
Thermo-transfer means printing a sheeting (also in colour), with the help of a mechanical transfer-press, which is transferred by heating to a tent roof or a side-wall.
Advantages: The print can take place on an already sewed roof or side-wall. As a result, it is possible to print even after manufacturing and delivery, perfectly, several personalization can be offered reasonably priced, short delivery times.
Unsuitable for: Logos, scripts and graphics larger than 1 m², - the use of digital printing processes is highly recommended; large number of items with the same logo – in this case, the use of the screen printing method is recommended
DIGITAL PRINTING
The digital print is realized directly on the fabric, only afterwards the roof or side-wall will be sewed.
Advantages: the whole marquee, not only some parts, will be printed with the preferred motive, almost endless possibilities for printing of images, colors, photos etc., cheap single-piece production of large prints
SCREEN PRINTING
Using the screen printing method, the logo is fixed with the help of a screen. Due to the technique used (the paint is pushed through the screen onto the print substrate with a scraper), no other printing process can achieve a comparable high colour application.
Advantages: strong colour contrasts, long life of the print (the colour is absorbed by the fabric), extremley cost-efficient for larger quantities
Disadvantages: rather long delivery times, limited possibilities by large number of various colours (it is absolutely necessary to check the logos before)
